Part-Time Administrative Specialist

As the Administrative Specialist, Frances provides executive-level support and management to the Office of the General Secretary. She primarily works with the CORR Action Fund, preparing and planning for GCORR events and meetings. Frances supports a wide range of administrative and executive duties for the GCORR Team.

Biography

As a long-time staff of the United Methodist Church, Frances has worked as an administrator in the local church, Calvary UMC in Arlington, Virginia. She worked with the General Board of Church and Society as an Administrative Assistant, Program Director for Civil and Human Rights and as Chief Human Resources Officer, a position that was previously shared with GCORR. Frances also served as the Operations Manager and Executive Assistant at the Connectional Table prior to retirement. She returned from retirement to continue her connection with GCORR because of her love of the mission and work of GCORR. 

Frances is a certified Human Resources Professional, she has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems and Computer Science from James Madison University. She lives in Prince Georges, County Maryland with her husband Kevin.
