Type of services we offer:

  1. Consultations
    For entities that are interested in developing systems and practices for their organization, we offer direct consultation on how to best address your diversity, inclusion, and equity goals. We provide guidance in all the stages an organization may find itself; from brainstorming potential innovative ideas to revamping current programs, we can help your group or organization in strategic thinking, design, implementation, and evaluation. 

  2. Trainings/Workshops
    We provide trainings to build skills and capacity of individuals and organizations in areas of anti-racism, implicit bias, racial equity, diversity and inclusion, cultural competency, and cross-cultural leadership. Taking a personalized approach by creating individual plans based on the context and the needs of the organization, our training model utilizes a multicultural and anti-racist lens. These trainings sessions are currently only available as virtual meetings.

  3. Public Speaking

  4. Facilitation
    If you are seeking processes that engage people in re-envisioning a new direction through innovative thinking or need help having challenging conversations, we can support you. GCORR’s facilitators are skilled in working with diverse groups and are able to design facilitation based on context and with the following frameworks:

    • Open-Space Technology 

    • Human-Centered Design 

    • Agile Facilitation
